Learning Reiki as a sacred living practice
While Reiki has its immediate roots based in Buddhism, the channeling of a divine energy has been present for ages.
This Wisdom School draws from many spiritual traditions. These teachings are meant to connect you to a more sacred way of living in the modern world.
The teaching of Reiki acts as a spiritual practice first, which can then develop as a healing practice if the student feels called.

The Reiki Attunement
A Reiki Attunement, is an ancient, sacred practice that gently opens your energy field, heart & crown chakras so you become empowered to connect to the Reiki life force energy.
By the end of your very first level, you gain the ability to channel this divine light through you, and towards anything in your life.
Class Descriptions
Level 1 - You as an Energy System
THE FIRST TEACHINGS: Flow-State Meditation, Chakras, Intuitive Development & Emotional Repair
When you begin to think of yourself as a system of energy, then you can better understand the energetic, emotional & physical imbalances impacting your life!

This foundational level guides you on a journey of understanding your subtle energy body, the chakras & consciousness. It gives you effective techniques to clear, strengthen and heal yourself from the inside-out!

In these "first teachings" you'll learn the core principles of using Reiki life force energy and the fascinating history of this powerful energy healing modality.
This level is open to anyone regardless of experience and is primarily intended for self-healing and transformation. It will also enable you to offer help to your friends, family, plants and animals.
Fee includes Reiki attunement, tea & healthy snacks, class curriculum, instruction, practice time, certificate of completion
Level 2 Weekend -You as a Soul
THE INNER TEACHINGS:Clearing Karma, Learning Tarot, Sacred Reiki Symbols & Distance Healing
Considering yourself as a Soul on a beautiful journey helps you gain a higher life perspective and facilitates a growth mindset.
This intermediate level deepens your Reiki journey. We'll use astrology to learn about clearing karma & your soul's karmic purpose. You'll learn the practice of Tarot cards to assess what you need to cross the threshold into a brighter way of being in the world!
In these 'inner teachings’ you'll receive the sacred initiation into shirushi, 3 of the sacred Usui Reiki symbols and how to apply them to daily life, like blessing your food, setting New Moon intentions, even de-escalating inter-personal conflict.
You'll also learn the transformative practice Distance Healing which allows you to send healing to the world in creative and wonderful new ways. Since energy transcends our linear ideas of space and time, Distance Healing with Reiki helps you effectively send healing to other people, heal past trauma and adds potency to manifesting future events.

Level 3 Weekend -You as the Mystic
THE MYSTERY TEACHINGS:Master Symbol Initiation, Clearing Karmic Contracts, Crystal Healing & Manifesting
Step into the world of the Mystic, the place where you'll access the sacred and weave it into your powerful new life.
In these ‘mystery teachings’ this advanced level of working with Reiki life force peels back the veil where you begin to witness life through the eyes of the Mystic. Meditating with the Master Symbol, you'll develop a wiser view of the world around you, bringing you a deep sense of faith and inner peace.
We'll review & rewrite karmic contracts and learn how to manifest from your soul's desire. You'll also learn practices to connect with the natural world, create your own sacred space and work with the powerful frequencies of crystals.
As the Mystic, you learn the macrocosm of the Universal Laws, access your full potential of sacred feminine & masculine energies and deepen your ability to live in flow with the Divine.

Jennifer Brinn
As the founder of the Sacred Living Reiki Wisdom School, Jennifer brings forth powerful activations and ancient wisdom to help students accelerate on their spiritual path
Rosie De La Cruz
Rosie is a Reiki Master Teacher trained and certified by Jennifer Brinn. Her journey in holistic healing & intuition began in the traditions of her Mexican heritage. She brings her depth & experience into each training, guiding students to explore the deeper aspects of themselves & their own intuitive abilities.
Dana Welch
Dana is a Reiki Master Teacher trained and certified by Jennifer Brinn. She also holds a Master Certification in Intuition Medicine® Dana brings her warmth & experience into each training and helps to guide students in their practice sessions.
CLASS POLICIES
ALL STUDENTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN

Cancellation Policy
Class fee is non-refundable. However a 50% credit towards the next training or healing sessions will be available if you cancel at least 48hrs before your class date.
​
We aspire for a minimum class size of at least 4 students. If any part of the training is cancelled by the instructor, your class fee will be applied towards the next class of your choosing or offered as a credit to any future group offering.
Make-up policy
Trainings will be full of live, interactive participation & breakout exercises. Therefore your active participation is integral for the group.
​
Make up classes may be granted to those who complete 1/2 of their enrolled training and on a space-available basis at the next training and with an additional fee of $150/per class.
​
Covid Safety & Marin County Mask Mandate
With the understanding that Covid & variants are always changing, safety guidelines can fluctuate in an effort to keep everyone safe.
As of Feb 16, 2022 the Marin County and State of California mask mandate for indoors has been lifted.
​
​If numbers increase in Marin County to unsafe levels, the possibility remains that we might have to interchange between in-person & virtual learning. We'll navigate this as we arrive at it.
​
If you experience symptoms and test positive, please stay home and your full class fee will be applied to a future training.
